I offer treatments for physical and mental wellbeing, chronic pain and long term conditions. I work with a fusion of Eastern and Western practices to provide a deep tissue and holistic massage together with Myofascial Release Therapy, Reiki and Bio Energy Healing.

Massage is hugely beneficial part of self-care, whether to ease stress and promote relaxation or to help with chronic pain and muscle tension.

Reiki is a traditional Japanese technique that uses the life force energy to promote healing and a sense of wellbeing. 

Energy Healing works with the body's own energy field to rebalance blocked energy that may be causing physical, mental or emotional issues.

I'm based in Delabole, North Cornwall, and practice from my treatment room at home.
