I work with a range of effective techniques including soft tissue massage and Myofascial Release which aim to reduce your pain, increase your movement and leave you feeling relaxed.

Reiki & Energy Healing

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that works with the universal energy all around us to promote health and wellbeing in body and mind. Bio Energy therapy is a complimentary treatment that works with the body's own energy.

We are surrounded by the energy of the universe and we are aware of it as light, sound and touch.

Our bodies are made up of billions of atoms, all of which vibrate with their own energy or life force. When our energy is out of alignment or blocked, we can experience physical, mental or emotional issues.

I work with both Bio-Energy Healing and Reiki to realign your energy field and promote your own healing. You will stay fully clothes for these treatments and much of the work is carried out with the hands above the body, although some hands-on work should be expected.

I will talk to you about your symptoms and requirements and work with you to devise the best treatment plan.
